  • JP Turbo utilizes a newly developed patented light-startup ball bearing technology, featuring ceramic balls and a PEEK retainer. Our bearings utilize high-precision ground Si3N4 ceramic balls with a smooth and mirror-like surface, paired with a high-temperature-resistant, wear-resistant, shock-resistant, and lightweight polymer material called PEEK. This design results in our ball bearings having a better spool upt than other brands in the market.

  • The high-flow turbine wheel has been upgraded to include Inconel alloy, which is predominantly made up of nickel and can withstand higher temperatures and pressure. With an optimized blade design, it provides superior airflow efficiency, smoother exhaust, and reduced backpressure, resulting in significantly improved wheel performance.

  • The upgraded aero grade aluminum billet compressor wheel allows higher intake air volume and improves air inlet efficiency.

  • Balanced by Schenck balancing machine
    Precise balancing is a crucial process in the production of JP Turbo. A well-balanced turbocharger is vital for ensuring excellent performance and reliability, as well as minimizing the noise generated during high-speed operation. To achieve the best balance, we have strict operating standards in place. We start by performing low-speed dynamic balancing using a high-precision single-piece balancing machine. Then, we assemble the CHRA parts with great care before subjecting them to high-speed dynamic balancing. Our state-of-the-art high-speed dynamic balancing machine can reach a maximum speed of 250,000 RPM, surpassing OEM standards. We assign a unique serial number to each turbo and keep the balance test results in our database for future reference. The Schenck balancing machine ensures that the turbos are balanced to perfection.
